Convents on lots, homes should be in a price range of $275k - $400k (not including lot price). Nice rec lakes very close by, within 1/2 mile, state park and county parks close by. Choice of 3 different school dist to send Jr or little Missy to (right on the line where all 3 buses turn around). 4 miles to Interstate hwy between two major cities (St Cloud 20 min and Mpls 35 min). Right in the middle of 4 towns, about the same distant to each, with all shopping conviences. I'm not leaning toward an auction (the results were great last year, with only a 5% discount off asking price of the 2 lots sold). I don't feel an auction would offer the same this spring as last springs results, due to slowdown of economy.
