E.Central MN | So, in terms we've all heard before, where are their reserves? If the insurers have been charging fees to provide that protection where did that money go? Maybe they've been paying their execs too much or just building fancy office buildings. Maybe some of their assets need to be liquidated to cover the obligations they have. If they have extra perks, executive pensions, insurance, company cars, etc, well they need to start taking the bus and packing a lunch. Clearly the new bankruptcy laws must have language that should prevent these guys from walking away from their debts??? | |
