NCSD | The pace where I was at was also slow, I kind of enjoyed it. They all called it "island time". We were on the islands of Tortola, Virgin Gorda, and Jost Van Dyke. Jost Van Dyke was especially laid back, with a population of about 200 and the owner of "corsairs" restaurant looking a lot like Sammy Haggar's twin brother. Also, "Foxy's" bar had the best iced rum drinks I have ever come across.
I was looking at some procedural legalese last night for real estate dealings in the British Virgin Islands, and as you said, an astute lawyer would be imperative.
