north central Oklahoma | Brother has been with them for some time, and was one of their more stable customers. Only recently did they raise his rates. When confronted about it, they would not come forthwith and explain why. He solved the problem himself. Move his portfolio to BoK recently and they were glad to have the business. Have heard some stories that they, FCS, may have got in on some of the subprime mess and it is now biting them too and are trying to get the losses back on some of their more stable paying customers.
