Goff Kansas | i did not ask, but i think all.. they were charging 10 cents per contract.. there basis sucks nearby, at -.90, which is horrible for bunge. the summer months are around 45 under.. i asked, aren't we suppose to get close to running out of beans this summer (180 vs. 150 pipeline) and don't you think we should see significant basis appr. really did not answer, which is answer enough.. they thought the farmer was already starting to run out of beans now. were booking some summer delivery, but not aggresive.. i would think this basis should get tighter into March and April for the summer del months.. unless Gold Sacs $18 is true, then the demand might wane,, | |
