Add in the effect of personal interest deduction IRS law change to being tied to a House mtg...........on 1040 Sched A.......as the only way to get deduction..........
Would imagine many house owners with 1st, 2nd 3rd and even more Mtgs..........transfer c.card debt........and then just charge em'up again
default on the 3rd mtg........ripple effect up thru the 1st
