| All of the major companies are talking about running out of soybean seed. Many extra acres of corn were planted last year. This year, these farmers are making a choice between corn after corn, with it's added inputs (which are higher in price,) and soybeans which are about $12 a bushel. I think there will be a HUGE upswing in soybean acres planted, which will send at least new crop beans into the sewer. I'm not willing to sell beans short, though. | |
