Is that what they charge? Where do you live? I have a Claas 850 with a 15' cut rotary head and I charge $250, lots of people have told me I'm overpriced.
IMO, the productivity of the SP units more than balances out the cost, and would most likely be cheaper per ton.
Can I cut 22" corn silage with a 3x30" head?
