Quincy, IL | Another thing I thought about, when a calf is REAL cold, i have put them in warm water to get their body temp back up. Make sure they are good and dry before taking them back out. If they are just chilled, I take empty gallon jugs and put HOT water in them and place them around the calf lying on the ground and cover it up with a blanket/rug. Suprising how much heat comes off the jugs. | |
