That's the same setup we've been running with our 7200 since '01 and we added the Phillips harrow in '04. With the Martins as soon as the ground has been aired out enough by the Phillips that mud won't build up on the gauge wheels we can be planting and the Martins will close the seed trench great. Last spring we were planting a full 3 days sooner than our conventional till neighbors who waiting for the ground to dry up enough to run a soil finisher. We just sold our Phillips harrow and bought a To The Max to better handle our corn on corn ground but as long as we run a Deere planter we'll run a spiked closing wheel of some kind.
