West Texas | Last good rain we had here was back in early September. We've had some little teasers since then but nothing more then 0.5".
We've not had any moisture since Thanksgiving day when we got 3-4" of snow.
We too are now under burn ban. Last Friday the VFD could not keep up with all the fires scattered around the county. One of them within a ½ mile of a big gin!
40 mph winds did not help the situation any. | |
