Well it looks like extra paperwork that's for sure. If you've already got excel spread sheets on all the fields why not just addin extra pages for each field?  You can Link (connect) the data between the pages so you only have to enter the data 1 time and it will automatically be added on your "intentions" pages.

It's easy intergrating the pages including putting maps in excel, and you can do all sorts of graphs/pie charts/ etc.. and give yourself a quick visual on inputs-gross-net, etc.

If I was more industrious, (stead of piddling my time away on here, LOL!)  it'd be easy to do!  If I was real industrious,, I'd re-fresh my brain and use Access!

Access is infinately more powerful than excel.  Excell is great at showing the "process" but Access beats it hands down for generating "end product reports"

LOL.. Got a degree in Software Support and pi$$ed over 1/2 of my knowledge away just by not using it, and forgetting much of what I'd learned.!!!  

If I need to look at a dummy I just look in a mirror................ :-(
