Read the specs real close. From what the engineers tell me is RTK is sub-inch out to 6 miles, beyond that the signal degrades the further you are from the RTK ground station. You may still get a signal but the accuracy will be degraded the further out you are. It is because of the way the sats are seen by both base and rover units at the same time and the math that has to be computed to tell you where you are. Not a matter of who you buy from just simple physics.
