I had the same problem with that stuff. I put it on for my nieghbor in 2006. There was no yield increase at all If not it hurt the yield. It looks like somebody pumped there septic tank out and it smelled like it too. I spilled some on my planter that year and it must be corrosive stuff as it made a rust stain on the planter.
