USA		It is a shame the welfare mentality that some farmers have. Can't seem to be able to survive without a government handout...... Imo if a farmer had any pride or self respect he would refuse to take the direct payments that are being proposed in the new farm bill. With the types of market prices that are being offered at this time it would be disgraceful to the farming community to accept a gov. welfare check.
