My best wheat last year was wheat on wheat. The trick seems to be having plenty of N and very clean fields. I never put wheat on wheat if there is lots of straw. I also applied fungicides twice, once with my herbicides at the four leaf stage (Headline) and I used Folicur at early flowering. I planted Alsen spring wheat which is fairly scab resistent.
Wheat on wheat-- never done it any ideas??
