60-19 is a 110 RM. For all Dekalb hybrids you add 50 to the first number to get the RM. It's not so much that the longer season hybrids were bred in this area, but rather they are typically targeted at areas with longer growing seasons and higher temperatures, thus many of them have much better heat tolerance than an hybrid of less than 95 days that would typically be grown very far north or at higher elevations. (insert cooler climates). That being said, there are certain hybrids that seem to continue to accumulate addional GDU's at temperatures that would be above the maximum temp that most hybrids are able to accumulate GDU's beyond.
