WE usually like to start around the 10th of April or when weather permits, SW ND. Last year I re seeded some on June 9th into some safflower that had a poor stand. I got pretty lucking, harvested it on September 4. Ended up running around 35, 61 TW, 16 protein. It actually did better then some of my earlier stuff.
