You should be refusing the subsidies already offered with your crop insurance as well. And I hope you returned your LDPs you collected for years.

The fact is if the program is offered, you are going to accept, as will I(even though it'll amount to 1-2% of my gross farm income). So are 99% of the posters here. Despite any holier than thou attitudes they may or may not spout. And if that is true, what is wrong with figuring it into one's cash flow projections?


I've been saying get rid of it for the past decade. But I'm also smart enough to take money given equally to my competitors. My brother walked the walk. He has never accepted govt payments for his farm. Before you judge others for a simple question, can you say the same?
