Actually I agree with you Ed, I wasn't very clear, I really don't want to give them up-and compared to what we pay and how it is spent I am going to take every dime I can back.
Point I really meant to make was now I really don't "need" them-RIGHT NOW when corn is $5 and beans are $13-there was a time when it was very very helpful-and if prices go back to lower and inputs stay high then those times will be here again. Also may be others out there who didn't have as good a year (Alabama for example) who need them desperately this year-and those roles could be reversed next year.
