E.Central MN | there isn't anything saying you can't just use conventional herbicide instead of glyphosate. Some guys were doing that before because they thought the genetics were better for RU corn and were only using glyphosate as a backup. I am surprised that we aren't hearing anything from our ag officials about the price increases of glyphosate. Suppose they figure we're getting rich so we can afford it. I bought some because my supplier gave me a call and said it was going up $6/gal......and then it went up more than that, unbelievable. | |
