Mark, how can you even think that way not knowing what the soil tests will say? I am sorry but if you went to the dr. and he/she thought u had rabies,but will take a test in 60 days for it but said lets put a cast on your leg wouldn't you ask them ....Why? The reason I am so forward is the fertilizer salesman probably put that on the next farm beside yours, so you probably need it too. Right? So many times I have seen this happen, ...well, my neighbor did it so I s'opose I should too. Common sense. Your intentions are very good, but we all must get out of the one size fits all concept. Are we not professionals, or are we just working for the fertilizer companies? Balance the soil use moderation. And learn how to read ALL THE SOIL TEST AND WHT ALL IT MEANS. OH yeah, a fella should use Midwest labs in Omaha they really are about the best shows like 23 different but VERY Important info..
