Subject: What would you do?

Hoisington, KS
Had the local coop apply dry fertilizer the last couple of weeks on wheat stubble that will be no-till planted to milo this spring. They had been doing a good job of getting out early in the morning while the ground was frozen, but a couple of days ago it was 55, then the next morning it got down to 34 and the idiots are out spreading dry tearing ruts through my field. This is on wheat stubble that had 1.80" rain/ice in December and since then we've probably had about 20" snow which has melted. What would you guys do in this situation besides chew someone's ass? I think they should pay some kind of damages or waive the application fee. When it dries off I'll have to go out and level it off somehow.
