Syngenta has aphid resistant beans in their research plots. They are not a GMO (easy to bring to market) and looked very impressive last summer. You'll probably be able to see them again this coming year in their Learning Centers, or at a Golden Harvest agronomy research plot. I don't know of any GMO's that will actually kill the aphids though.
