The only difference is you would like to involve the govt 'a little bit'.
I think that only makes the waters muddy.
I understand what you are saying, & I agree with your points completely.
Just - if we would make a break from the govt (and we won't - you covered that above as well....) I would want to complete then, no point keeping some little bitty loan garentees hanging around.
Because, your last sentence would never happen. I like it - but the govt would not. Just make muddy waters more muddy.
