| Take out a CCC loan on em' both........9 months marketing time, ...........give you cash flow, at a lower than bank rate............
keep the supply out of the chain......
seems to me now would be the time to do a reverse "NFO" and cut the supply....................dont attempt to do it when supply is so high, alot easier when supplies are very tight.............where is NFO when you could really do something........LOL | |
