With Texas moisture at short to very short and 60% of OK and 50% of Kansas and alot of SD and most of ND short of moisture, will the new crop wheat raise up its head and bite a person on the C/W spread? Or is there just enough time to let things play out because of a tired wheat mkt? Thanks
