| I can assure you that DK isn't giving away anywhere close to 500k units of corn seed this year. Also, some of these programs may be driven at the local level instead of at the corporate level which would explain why some folks have heard of the program and others have not. Typically the sales guys have some discretion as to how best to position seed in their area and they have a budget they can use to do this.
I don't blame anyone for taking advantage of free seed...just be careful it doesn't cost you more in the long run in lost yield. | |
