Generally the potato farmers are plowing before easter for spuds over in the sand - Just can't see it this early easter - spring year. With the weather guys reporting record snow to the south and east of us, and our cold decending down ward to those areas, it takes time to melt all that record snow pack and then theres the flooding down stream from the record snow pack. Man its going to be late . . . . lol ; )
