Landlords are pushing for this and I will comply as long as determinations do NOT return as HEL. 8.4 mil is about 3.4% increase over last year? Don't think that is outrageous at all. Crop acres will come out of the woodwork in US and worldwide. Be aware of that in your rear view mirror so nobody gets bu-fued. Pardon the analogy. | |
