How many loaves of bread does the average family consume/year? Let's say 100, which is 2 loaves/week. 100x.04 cent increase/loaf=$4.00/year more for their bread. whoopydedoo!!! Figure out how much fuel costs have gone up in a year, for a family's use.
In the 60's wheat was $1.58/bushel and oil was $1.58/barrel. Today oil is $101.00/barrel and wheat is ??? Just some food for thought!!
