call john hall 410-778-1661 kent co, u. of md. extention agent and pres. of chesapeake fields. have been growing natto beans for the asia and us market for some time. i grew them and they did ok. not in a big rush to grow any more. went to vistive beans. no rup dos not help your weed problems. we got only a dollar premium. 6.50 sounds really high.
