Prowl is not going to do anything for volunteer corn. Prowl is labeled for use on corn!
Treflan, well, maybe some suppression, but still would not expect control. Requires tillage, too.
I don't see sceptor providing acceptable control of corn at all, especially IR or IMI hybrids.
