Sorry, I wrote wrong, N is N. We actually make conversions the other way, for instance a soil test is commonly reported as Nitrate-nitrogen. Meaning we test the nitrate, but the nitrate is coverted to N equivalent so you can more easily get the correct amount of fertilizer on. And yes, fertiizer analysis is in the N equivalent.
