Ed, I havn't applied any N on my wheat in the fall following beans for the last 3 years. Money is better spent elsewhere. The wheat that I planted on Nov 6-8 has 6 tillers on it which is way too many anyway. Wheat planted end of Oct has 3 tillers which is just right. Can you post a link to Carl's site? THX
