I don't know if they'll work on an E-set hopper or not. Never even seen one. I do know that 12 of the standard JD hoppers will almost hold a full bag of 80,000 medium rounds. So if the E-set hoppers hold the same amount your 16 row should be able to hold close to 1.3 bags. Even without the extensions you should be able to make it.
