Saw my first planter running in our area March 30 last year-can't imagine that now. Even grass yards have the consitency of pudding when they are not frozen...which they are this morning again. Will still be frozen solid on March 9 and I don't think frozen ground dries well.

That being said I heard Elwynn say the other day that "La Nina is showing it's age"-not sure what that means but I am guessing that they don't last forever and if it doesn't get stronger the drought may not be as strong.

Who knows.
