Where I came from in central IL, mainly christian county, I knew of 2 tenants that gave 50% of the crop to the landlord. The only thing I billed the landlord for was lime expense. The landlord paid NO crop expenses. Even had one customer that farmed a piece on a 40% tenant and 60% landlord but they expensed it the same way.
