East Central Illinois | Still a reasonable amount of 50/50 around this area,but of course it keeps shrinking
Pretty standard in this locale of 50/50 splt on inputs and income
Also not suprised as well that any custom application (Chemicals, Dry Fertilizer,NH3) is paid by tenant 100%
Very few 50/50 around here where Landlord is paying any combining anymore
However in general landlords are paying 100% of lime and application
My opinion...best you could expect is 50/50 on inputs including custom applications
Being paid a fair rate on landlord's share of combining, and landlord paying 100% lime.
Depends on how good your relations are and how aggressive your neighbors will try to rent it away as to how you finally work out the above details
Some give and take sure won't hurt anything initially getting it so both of you are content
