NC Kansas | I'm with you, Rich. I've got a couple of 60-40 landlords, but they pay their share. Anything that has terraces or is a small patch (less than 40 acres) goes to 2/3-1/3 crop and expenses. All things considered, are you corn guys really making any more per acre than we mere wheat and milo guys? It just looks like the expenses, including rent, are so much higher than anything we go through down here. Your gross is quite a bit higher, but are you netting any more? | |
