You are right. There is nothing worse than incorrect information when it comes claim time. It has happened to me, and it doesn't matter whose fault it is (farmer or agent), it is always devastating for the producer. I admire adjusters because they are great at managing details, and that is crucial. I think adjusters would in many cases make great agents, because they know all the pitfalls, and requirements of the industry.
