Noone? Really? Some do if they want to farm.

My neighbor is renting his grandfather's 700 acre farm for the first time this year. Are you telling me there is a banker around that will loan this kid several hundred thousand without requiring crop insurance? If you know of one, you had better run, because his bank may not be around long.

Or is not farming one the choices?
