The P will be much higher as you get closer to the bottom. If you don't agitate, the top part will have virtually no P. Be careful, as you get to the bottom the P will get really high!
Agitation really isn't very effective until you get the lagoon about 1/2 empty. You will loose a lot of capacity if you don't get it stirred up at the bottom.
