I've had some boiled peanuts that were pretty good. Most are horrible. Especially the ones they sell in gas stations that have been setting in the pot for a week or two. I've even seen canned boiled peanuts in Winn Dixie. Yuck!!!!!

The secret I am told is to use GREEN peanuts. Those make the best.
