If you border a county with DC, and have history, you may be able to obtain MPCI with a "written agreement". This is a "contract" between you and RMA. Give me your county, if you choose, and crop you would like to insure DC, and I'll check with RMA to see if that is possible.

I have done this in MO in the past, in a non double crop county bordering a DC soybean county.
