| the reason you pay the tech fee is that you have created their market. roundup was easy. or at least you thought it was. now you've created a market that hasn't invested in genetics that put the power in the farmers hand. monsanto drives the bus all the way to the bank. convert everyone to your seed while collecting tech fees....lower the price of glyphosate so you can't afford not to use it....capture 90% market share....enter $5 corn....raise glyphosate price....captive audience that has forgotten the value of a cultivator.....2008 in a nutshell. pure marketing genius. i'm not saying your an idot, i'm in the same boat....it's just frustrating to see how they have us by the gonads and they are slowly applying pressure with a smile on their face. we're our own worst enemy. | |
