Subject: RE: Buying GRIP instead of puts

We too have debated the GRIP vs PUTS recently. Dad points out that our lower bottom land would make the whole farm price awful high to insure a couple hundred acres of river bottom ground. Perhaps PUTS would be a cheaper way. But then I always wonder what price to place the PUT @ ? Is $4 enough for corn or $5? Beans @ $10 or $13. Be interested to hear other ideas.
