Little River, TX | Assuming 5 tons/A/year that is 70 lbs of P2O5. That is 250 to 300 lbs of K2O. Roughly 50 lbs of Sulfur and manganese. Probably 200 lbs of calcium. Less than a pound for each of remaining nutrients.
A few gallons per acre of fairy juice just will not reach for the macro's. If, I say IF, there is a deficiency in one or more of the micro's then apply those, till you can bet the soil fertilized with enough to make things work.
These highly available concoctions of a number of elements may be handy when applying a herbicide, but Ammonium Sulfate will cost less for that purpose.
What they do not mention is the cost of application after each cutting. There may be and probably is a good supply of P & K in unavailable forms to carry things for a number of years. Eventually these two will run down enough that all the money saved on P & K fertilizer will have to be spent in bulk quantities.
