i dont think 3oz of headline is going to be enough, my experience with fungicide---> if you cant afford a full rate, dont bother. often you kill the sick unhealthy fungi and this leads to the healthier fungi thriving even better than if you did nothing. reminds me of Clliff Clavin telling Norm about beer killing only the slow dumb brain cells with the buffalo example
