| Seward will pay about $50/acre on a 90/100 policy, about $9.00 over cost. If you do not have a yield loss, HO or lack of HO will not affect you. However, if you have (had without HO) a yield loss, and the price increases (usually occurs because someone had a yield loss), loss decreases proportional to price increase.
BTW, when we write irrigated offers, we do not use HO, because irrigated offers are purely price protection. We do write HO on all other offers. | |
